  • Terms and Conditions – Pool Maintenance Coupon Booklet

    1. Temporary Suspension of Service  

    Hotel Samawi, located in San Andrés Islands, informs its guests that from May 4 to May 14, 2026, the pool service will not be available due to scheduled maintenance.


    2. Guest Compensation  

    During the mentioned dates, the hotel will provide guests with confirmed reservations a benefits coupon booklet, in recognition of the suspension of pool service.


    3. Coupon Allocation  

    The number of coupons will depend on the length of stay, with a maximum of 4 coupons per room:


    • Stays of 1 to 3 nights → 1 coupon
    • Stays of 4 to 6 nights → 2 coupons
    • Stays of 7 to 9 nights → 3 coupons
    • Stays of 10 nights → 4 coupons

    4. Redemption Options  

    Each coupon may be redeemed for a single option among the following alternatives:


    • Snacks
    • Cocktails
    • Transfer in/out to the pool at Hotel Azure

    5. Conditions of Use

    • Coupons apply per room.
    • Only one coupon may be used per room per day.
    • The transfer in/out benefit to Hotel Azure may be used only once per room, regardless of the number of coupons granted.

    Example: if a cocktail coupon is redeemed in a multiple-occupancy room with 4 guests, cocktails will be provided to all 4 guests staying in that room.


    6. Validity  

    Coupons will be valid only during the guest’s stay within the dates of May 4 to May 14, 2026.

     1. Organizer  

    The contest is organized by INVERSIONES FAKISA SA – Samawi Hotel, with National Tourism Registry (RNT) No. 64214, located in San Andrés Islands, Colombia.


     2. Validity  

    The promotion will be valid from January 5, 2026 until January 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm (Colombia time).


    The draw will take place on January 21, 2026 and the winner will be announced on January 21, 2026 through the stories of the official Instagram account @samawihotel.


     3. Participation Requirements  

    To participate, users must complete the following steps in the official contest post on Instagram:


    Dar “like” al post.

    Follow @samawihotel.

    Write three words that define Samawi.

    Tag a friend (the friend must also follow the account @samawihotel).

    Share the post in your stories and tag @samawihotel.

    Each valid comment will count as an additional entry.


     4. Winner Selection  

    The winner will be chosen randomly through the Wask platform from among the comments that meet all the requirements.

    Compliance with the conditions will be verified before declaring the official winner.

    One (1) winner will be selected.


     5th Prize  

    One (1) night's accommodation in a standard room for two people at Samawi Hotel, San Andrés Islands.

    The prize is personal and non-transferable; it cannot be exchanged for money or any other benefit.

    The prize does not include food, transportation, insurance, or additional expenses.


     6. Redemption of the prize  

    The prize can be redeemed between January 21 and 30, 2026.

    Not applicable during peak season, Easter week, holidays, or dates with high occupancy.

    The reservation will be subject to hotel availability.


     7. Exclusions  

    Incomplete, fraudulent, or rule-breaking entries will be voided.


     8. Responsibility  

    Samawi Hotel is not responsible for:


    Additional expenses not included in the prize.

    Connectivity problems, technical failures of Instagram or the AppSorteos platform.

    Misuse of the prize by the winner.


     9. Processing of personal data  

    By participating, users authorize INVERSIONES FAIKISA SA to process their personal data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and the privacy policy available on the official website.


     10. Applicable regulations  

    This dynamic is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, especially:


    Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).

    Law 1581 of 2012 (Personal Data Protection).

    Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009 (prevention of sexual exploitation of minors).
